Share Register

MiMembership’s share register records and manages the ownership and transfer of shares held by members (shareholders). Organizations with a share structure are legally required to keep a share register.

The register contains important information about the members (shareholders) of the company including:

  1. Record the details related to a share
  2. Record and track ownership of each share
  3. Track shares available for sale. A share can be considered for sale if it is
    1. Yet to be sold by the club
    2. Currently owned by a member who wishes to sell the share
  4. Track members who have a membership that is related to the ownership of a share that has multiple playing rights
  5. Track shares where the owner wishes to make their playing rights available for lease
  6. Track shares that have been leased, who they have been leased to and when the lease is due to expire
  7. Track the history of ownership, linked memberships and leased playing rights of a share
  8. Report on each share and the current owner with purchase date

  1. Share register with filter by share type
  2. Share ownership as at a particular date
  3. Share Certificate
  4. Sales within a selected date range
  5. Leases within a selected date range
