Member Accounts

MiMembership features a customisable set of member accounts fully integrated MiClub Golf and all external third party integrated platforms as required.

Standard setups include a Subscription account which manages all transactions related to member subscription invoices and clubs can setup any number of additional member accounts such as ‘House’, ‘Prize’ or ‘F&B’ depending on requirements.

Within each member account, functionality available to club staff includes generating invoices, applying credit notes, transferring balances or generating statements. Each account can be customised to be accessible in the member portal, or queried by external third party systems such as point of sale.

Customisable features of MiMembership member accounts include:

  • Account balance and line item transactions viewable in the online member portal
  • Subscription invoices can be paid online via the member portal
  • Accounts can be ‘topped up’ either online via credit card payment or via the point of sale with other applicable tender types
  • Point of sale access to member accounts for sales or top ups can be customised by POS location.
  • Automatic posting of Competition Prizes (in dollar value) can be directed to any nominated account from MiClub Golf.
  • Automatic posting of Competition Fees can be directed to any nominated account from MiClub Golf.
  • Balances can be transferred between member accounts by club staff (admin function only)
  • Payments to nominated accounts can be automatically offset against account invoices
  • Credit limits can be applied to nominated accounts for either all or individually selected members
  • Club administrators can put accounts on hold, therefore restricting access for absentee or suspended members
