Rossdale golf club was a small business team, but rapidly growing business. Like many clubs we were utilising multiple software platforms that were long outdated. Consequently, managing the growth in both the food and beverage department and membership, plus the acquisition of the Pro Shop felt like we were trying to run the business with one arm tied behind our back.

MiClub offered an integrated solution that solved all our business problems. Industry specific software in all departments that automated manual tasks allowed the club to maintain a smaller workforce. Which ultimately more than justified the capital expenditure. Furthermore, the integration with the club’s website and mobile phone applications enhanced member services by streamlining the subscription, house account and point of sale transaction processes. Which in turn lead to less member queries and a more efficient administration.

Like many businesses, the risk of changing software for Rossdale was that the current systems were so old and member data inaccurate that problems would simply be carried forward. However, the meticulous implementation process, review and ongoing support from MiClub ensured problems and errors were identified early. As such, 9 months on the software integration of the Finance, Membership, Retail, Clubhouse and online services is seamless.

Due to the implementation and support of MiClub, Rossdale is now confident it possesses, the integrated software infrastructure required to meet its administration and member expectations for the immediate future and beyond.

The introduction of the MiMembership system integrated with POS and MYOB has had an immediate impact on efficiency and time savings for administration staff. The implementation of Prize and Bar accounts has provided a significant benefit to members whilst yet again reducing administrative load.

The implementation process was efficient and the system logical and easy to navigate. I highly recommend the product and the quality of the support team

Since the installation of MiMembership, the Golf Club has become far more streamlined from an administration point of view. Previously, membership renewals would take the Club 2-3 days.

At the end of 2021 when doing renewals (first time with the help of staff member Colleen Ballantyne), it took us just over an hour. The integration that the system also provides with our accounting software MYOB, has been fantastic.

If I had the opportunity to keep writing about this program and what it has done for our golf club I would, however, this would require a few more pages.
