MiMembership creates and updates members in the MiClub Golf database in realtime.Golf details such as latest handicap and golfLink number are pulled from the golf system to display in a member’s profile. Other custom fields, such as “requires cart” can also be mapped back to update golf.
Membership status (based on financial status) is passed back to golf to control access to bookings.
Administrators can select which fields will automatically update and which fields require approval when a change is made in the golf system.
EziDebit direct debit allows your club to automatically collect money from your members’ credit or debit cards, and bank accounts. Your member signs an authority that allows you to have direct control over payment for your services. You choose the timing, amount and frequency of when you are paid.
Funds are settled into your account within 3 working days. Fees can be passed onto the member or absorbed by the club. MiMembership can be configured to automatically send instalment requests off to EziDebit on a specific date or they can be manually sent at anytime.
