With MiMembership you can directly email invoices or account statements to members. The generated email directs members to an online payment gateway, where they can conveniently pay their membership fees online.

Build a search and take action
The smart search feature allows administrators to create custom searches using categorised member information like demographics, groups, golf details, or facility access. You can then perform an action on the search results like sending an email to a segmented contact list.

Add notes to record important information for a specific members. Once saved, your notes are dated and can be accessible anytime from the Notes Archive. You can record anything! This could be verbal feedback from a member or an enquiry for event space at the club.
