MiMembership is Australia’s first hosted membership management solution designed specifically for golf clubs and private clubs. Streamline many aspects of member administration with automated renewals, direct debits, online payments, dashboard reporting and much more.

Full database backups are performed nightly by MiClub with copies stored in secure locations.

MiMembership can integrate with industry leading POS systems including BePOZ, SwitfPOS, SenPOS and StarPOS allowing you to establish a solution that meets your venues specific requirements. POS integration allows members to charge back to their accounts, with full transaction details and balances available.

MiMembership is fully integrated to the miclub golf members portal, providing a range of member and admin services.

Images, Attachments and Notes 

Attach images and documents to a member for reference. Record notes against a member for reminders or historical information.

Member ID Cards

MiMembership supports a number Member identification options including Membership Cards (Mag Stripe, MiFare, Fob Keys or QR/Barcode), or Mobile Membership cards. All which can be utilised for member identification at POS for account charging.

Custom Fields

MiMembership allows you to setup and an unlimited number of customisable fields. You can use these customisable fields to store any member information that is specific to your club. Each configured additional field is available on each member, and the fields are linked to the report generator so they can be reported on easily.

Member Accounts

MiMembership accounts are built with the intricacies of clubs in mind.

MiMembership can manage a prepaid account for members, a pre-paid or post-paid levy and prize account. Offering options to including a fixed date or number of days expiration. It can also manage a credit limit for members.

Payments of accounts can be made via direct debit, online via credit card, BPay, EFT, Cash or Cheque.

Smart Search

In addition to the standard range of reports, MiMembership offers a smart search function which allows the filtering of data based on specific requirements. These searches can also be saved for future reference.

Smart Search filtering can be generated the following sections, with additional criteria applied such as date range, age, membership status and much more.
