Member Services
MiMemberhsip provides a number of member specific services to provide enhanced levels of service and convenience.
Member features include:
- Access the Member Portal can be assigned and removed as details are entered into MiMembership when joining, resigning, or become un-financial from the club.
- Members can update their personal contact details and submit changes to the club administrators, for approval.
- Member’s current balances, transaction history and online payment facilities are also available for accounts. Accounts can be accessed via desktop, mobile or club app.
- Subscription and other invoices can be emailed to members for immediately online payment via Pay Now link.
- An online member directory can share member’s contact details with each other (Privacy restrictions available).
- For members that opt for payment via direct debit, and online process is available to roll over the direct debit arrangement.
- The in-built communications tool can be used to send financial statements or letters individual or groups of members which can be personalised.
