Payment plans are a great way to offer members flexible payment options and can help with member retention and signing up new members.

Customise Payment Plans 

Easily set up multiple plan templates with customised direct debit instructions to support your members’ requirements.
Create plans based on:

  • payment method – direct debit, cash, credit card
  • commitment term
  • frequency of billing and start date
  • You also have control over what charges are to be paid in each instalment.

MiM integrates with Payrix or EziDebit for securely processing direct debits.

Direct Debits – Save administration costs with a fully automated flow from invoicing to receipting

  1. Member is emailed membership invoice
  2. Member elects to pay for their membership subscription via direct debit and completes the Online Direct Debit Request Agreement (eDDR)*.
  3. The instalment schedule is automatically created and emailed to the member.
  4. Instalments can be manually sent for processing or automated based on due date.
  5. Successfully processed payments are automatically receipted.
